This is perhaps a very late comment, but please reconsider this diet if you haven’t already. 1,200 calories a day is not enough food to fuel normal activities, let alone workouts. As several others have noted, you’re potentially doing real long-term harm to your metabolism. There are far healthier ways to meet your goals and your nutritional needs at the same time.
